Return & Replacement Policy

At Graha Darshan, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewelry, making each piece truly unique. However, due to the intrinsic nature of our products, we kindly request that you review the following policy before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we want to ensure your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that every request for return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. Graha Darshan reserves the right to refuse or deny any such request if it does not meet the conditions outlined below:

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order was damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect product.
  • Videographic proof is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

Timeframe

Requests must be made within seven (07) days of receiving your product. Items must be returned in original condition, with certifications and packaging intact. Any tampering with the product or certification will lead to rejection.

Exclusions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.

  • Products received exactly as ordered
  • Gift Cards

Note – Personalized rings, jewelry, bracelets, or any wearable crafted with a specific fitting size cannot be returned.

Authenticity Guarantee

We encourage customers to verify gemstones at a Government-recognized gemological institute (ISO certified or internationally reputed). If any gemstone is proven synthetic or artificial, you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only to the original source of payment.
  • Processing time: 10–12 working days (subject to bank delays).
  • Prepaid orders: credited within 5–7 working days.
  • COD orders above β‚Ή2,00,000: PAN details and bank proof may be required.

Note – Refunds cannot be issued to any account other than the original payment method.

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

  • Change of mind or personal dislike.
  • Minor flaws or packaging issues not affecting functionality.
  • Slight color/size variations due to lighting or screen settings.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, email us at support@grahadarshan.com.

Sale Items

Items purchased on Sale/Discount are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests must be made within 7 days at support@grahadarshan.com. Items must be returned in original packaging to:

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed. If not marked as a gift, refunds will only be made to the original buyer’s account.

International Orders (Outside India)

Refunds for international orders will be processed within 40–45 days to the original payment method. Custom duties, VAT, and charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

If a shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, all return-related charges must be paid by the customer. Refunds will only be issued once items are received by us.
