  • Packaging: Every order is carefully packaged to withstand the journey, ensuring that your ordered products including gemstones, rudraksha, crystals, etc. arrive in pristine condition.
  • Insurance: We fully insure your order during transit, giving you peace of mind until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Trusted Couriers: We partner with reliable courier services including but not limited to Shiprocket, Bluedart, and Aftership to guarantee timely and safe delivery.
Shipping Timeline
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days of confirmation. For customized or personalized items, additional time may be required.
  • Delivery Duration: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 days from dispatch. International orders may take 20–30 days due to customs procedures.
  • International Orders: In the event of delivery issues, refunds will be processed within 30–40 days from the date of identification of the issue.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Location
  • Accurate Address: Please ensure delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout. We only deliver to residential or business addresses, not PO Boxes or public spaces.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your address, contact customer support promptly. Graha Darshan is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
What to Expect at Delivery
  • ID Verification: For high-value orders, a signature and ID verification may be required. If unavailable, an authorized person may receive the package on your behalf.
  • Missed Delivery: Our courier partners make up to three attempts for delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. For issues, please contact the courier or reach us at support@grahadarshan.com.
Handling Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you and provide revised timelines. Delays due to Force Majeure will not be considered a breach of agreement.

Non-Delivery & Returns

If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support at support@grahadarshan.com within 30 days of purchase.
