Shipping Timeline
- Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4
business days
of confirmation. For customized or personalized items, additional time may be
required.
- Delivery Duration: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 days from
dispatch. International orders may take 20–30 days due to customs procedures.
- International Orders: In the event of delivery issues, refunds will
be
processed within 30–40 days from the date of identification of the issue.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our
control
including courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight. Free shipping may be

Delivery Location

at checkout. We only deliver to residential or business addresses, not PO Boxes or

delivery

be required. If unavailable, an authorized person may receive the package on your

- Missed Delivery: Our courier partners make up to three attempts for

Handling Delays
