Return & Replacement Policy

At Graha Darshan, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewelry, making each piece truly unique. However, due to the nature of the products we implore you to kindly refer to the below mentioned policy before requesting a return/exchange and/or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase we cannot guarantee that each request for return/refund and/or exchange will be accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse and/or deny any such request if it is not aligned with the below mentioned conditions.

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect product. Videographic proof is mandatory for processing.
• Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition with certification and packaging intact.
• Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.

If any gemstone is proven to be synthetic or artificial by an ISO certified or internationally reputed government gemological institute, you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange.

Courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable. All return/exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Categories Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product is damaged:

• Customised Jewelry
• Beads Bracelets
• Crystal Trees
• Rakhi
• Products received exactly as ordered
• Gift Cards

Personalized jewelry or products made with specific fitting sizes cannot be returned.

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10–12 working days. Refunds will not be processed to any other account.

For COD orders above ₹2,00,000, additional details such as PAN Card and bank details are required. Refunds will only be made to the original recipient.

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

• Change of mind
• Minor flaws or packaging issues
• Slight color or size variations due to screen resolution or manufacturing tolerances

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or card company. If still unresolved, contact us at support@grahadarshan.com.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days at support@grahadarshan.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be returned to:
Plot 400, Kakadeo, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh - 208019, India.

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original payer.

Refund Policies for International Orders

Refunds for international orders will be processed within 40–45 days. Customs duties, VAT, and related charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer. If an international shipment is refused or cancelled post-dispatch, all return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Customers must provide accurate product details when returning international orders to avoid customs issues.
